can someone drill a 1" circular hole in a steel sheet for me?

Anyone? It's only about 1/32" steel. I just don't have a drill bit/chuck that big.
 
Lordco's got 1inch drill bits with a 1/2 inch chuck... kinda pricy though probubly 25-30 bucks

I'd rather use my teeth.

For thin material you probably need a hole saw.
 
ditto on hole saw.

decent hole saw sets will drill through any steel you like. And they make a very clean hole.

I use a 3 1/4" hole saw to drill through box steel to make spring perches.
 
I have hole saws too if you wanna drop by.

I did Ironyuppys hole. I used a good reamer to get it to 1"
