can i paint over Monstaliner

I will probably be doing my roof in white or killer beej. But if i decide that i dont like the two tone look can i spay OEM color paint over the monstaliner or would i need to strip it back up?

Check in the Monstaliner thread... consensus is that yes you can but you have to prep it like a normal surface and I believe primer and coat...

or tint another batch of the liner with OEM colors, scuff up the existing liner and spray/roll. I covered white with matched off white and it looks much better I think.
