I picked up an warn 10k and have been looking at getting it to fit in my bumper correctly and it appears that feet down is the way to go. I know the winch is set up to mount feet forward but a few bolts can change that. Is there any reason I cant mount this thing feet down?

It is "feet forward" for the M12. (I had a thread on that here, where some folks have argued that it's OK to use feet down if you put a strong enough support up front too.)
I don't know about the M10. I'd assume it's the same.
