Camping Trip PreRun - Saturday 23rd.

I'm going to head out to do a Camping Trip "Pre Run" to the south bank of the G in FJ this saturday, do a little wood gathering, trash cleanup, trail trimming etc. to the site. If anyone is interested in checking out this area: (Or come w/us camping in March)

I have cleaned it up now three years running, it is a good place to try to keep as pristine as possible. It is not a super technical trail, but it has it's moments of interest....especially the sand hills and the destination.

Suzie going too? I'd like to check it out this Saturday since I wont be able to make it for the March campout. I'm assuming you're entering from the Florence Kearney Hiway side since the river is WAY UP right now. Do you come up the wash or do you follow one of the trails back to the site?

Coming up E. Price Station Rd see link (toward the exit of Box Canyon), then over the diversion dam so we don't have to ford the river...

I'll see if I can get Melissa to come this weekend. If not I'll deffinately try to get out there myself with Luke and Hayleigh. I would think that entering from the South side would be hella faster though. For a scouting trip anyway.

I will be in town from Yuma tonight for a hockey game and will be staying overnight.

This looks like a pretty tame trail so I probably won't trailer the cruiser up but if you guys don't mind having a stinky loud diesel along and the trail isn't too tough for a stock extra cab 3/4 ton dodge ram (yea it is 4x4) I will come out with you guys. If not thats cool too and I will catch you the next time...

When and where will you guys be meeting?
