I tell ya, the ammo can is sturdy and its the same height as a real toilet. Bags and kitty litter or saw dust is mandatory. Like I said, this will be used in campgrounds too so digging isn't a solution. I've got no desire to follow my kids around in the woods dig holes, wait for them to poop(sometimes up to an hour) and worry about them getting poo all over themselves. I was raised in the sticks and we didn't have a toilet until I was 9, I'd rather not go back to that experience everytime i went camping. Sometimes I think being raised by wolves would've be an upgrade over being raised by hippies. :-) Back then if it was too cold to go outside we would poo on a piece of newspaper fold it up and then throw it in the fire. I may be scarred for life! Yes I've got issues!

Daphne and I: LOL!! Poor Jesse, we are learning to understand your horrific history! We think those "hippies" did a pretty good job! (no s***) :D

There is only one solution - who is perfect.

The only thing to consider: you need these compostable bags ;-)

Mostly we will "go" in the wild. But where this isnt possible, we can setup our small

and have there our business..

Nice, butt, I'd like to see what's left after I "rest" awhile my 315 lbs of nicely marbled muscle mass......:meh::hillbilly:.....

Oh....de....twoilet...!!

Well the common denominator is that deep down inside, we are all really just full of .....

I'm sorry.. but its true

Old ammo can - $20
Extra large toilet seat - $29.99
Portable changing room - $39.99
Making the kids think you're takin a deuce in the living room - priceless!

Ironing out some details on this little gem tomorrow but its gonna work nicely.

Only 315lbs? that fits i would guess.

It look & feel really as heavy duty stuff :hhmm:

So....where is the verdict?

Wellllllll, Sunday morning the kids tore it up! They both loved it and they really appreciated the wind on their man parts. One was worried about random bears eating him and the other said something about crows harassing him but they did enjoy it to the point that they were trying to force another excrement out before we left. I did make them remove the bag when we got home and it kinda smelled but we attributed that to an extra thin trash bag since I already had tied it off to prevent spillage and they did a good job of covering it in kitty litter. Definite success!

Cool, that really is a simple way to get the job done! Have you figured out how to produce the bracket assembly and toilet seat in a way that you can mass produce and sell to every military surplus store in the country? Kit would include bracket, bolts, seat, some nifty colored bags and your own "special" type of kitty litter dispenser. Maybe a toilet paper holder too. You could become the porta-potty King Jesse! :D

Customers provide the ammo can and the bowel movements to complete the project. Maybe you could throw in a can of chili con carne with each order!:meh:

I have Cleanwaste Go Anywhere and it is one of the best portable toilet on the market . This is literally a complete portable toilet system. Not only does it include a portable toilet but it also includes a privacy shelter. The whole toilet including the shelter neatly packs up into the supplied backpack for easy storage and transportation. The total weight of the toilet and accessories in the backpack is only 18 lbs. This toilet works a little differently to the most competitors in that the waste goes into a biodegradable sack. Added to the sack is some special; powder that turns all the liquid waste into solids. The waste bag is then sealed and disposed of complete
