Pulled this out of my '74 Pig just the other day. Cleaned out the back and there it was. Still bolted down. PIA to remove, screws were broken during removal. Very rusty. Got the Pb blaster treatment.
Now, everything moves. Bolt will slide back and forth, cable moves, latch will move if you push it up...
Might clean up more with some attention. Might even work as it should someday.
I sure don't need it, i haven't had a bottom seat for many years. Somebody might need it, therefore this post.
Prefer a face to face in Placerville area. You buy lunch and it's yours. Really don't want to ship. I don't want to bend that cable to fit in a box.
If i gotta go to to post office I'm gonna charge you 30 bucks and postage.
Oh, there's a little hold-down thingie for the cable for you restoration guys...
