so I'm having trouble figuring out how to turn my cabin lights out when the doors are open. I only think about it when I'm out camping and wish to leave the rear hatch open or a door and not run my battery down miles away from civilization. I'm sure its an easy solution but I'm electrically illiterate
thanks,

On each of the dome lights there is a switch with a door, on and off position. The off position should be the center

Not sure how to shut the door lights off, but the above works for the rear hatch area.

I put LEDS (superbrightleds) in all my lights to reduce the draw so I'm less likely to end up with a dead battery when camping.

I don't think they do on my 2001 - I had a battery drained by interior lights while camping before I swapped in the LEDs.

My 99 turns off all lights after a while of having the doors/rear hatch open as well. LED's were added for peace of mind regardless.
