The 2015 LC200 I just bought has a brand new filter inside the cubbyhole in the glovebox... minus the plastic holder. It's clear to me that the idiot detailer employed by the salesman threw out the old filthy filter (frame and all), then just tossed the new filter into the hole and closed the door.

Lucky for me - I'm really good at 3D design and 3D printing.

Not so lucky for me - I don't have any dimensions or good photos of the frame...

I found the above frames in a video...

Would anyone be kind enough to help me out with some measurements, so I can design and print a replacement? I'll share the design so anyone else needing this can easily print their own in future too.

Alternatively, if anyone reading this is in the Sunshine Coast, QLD, region (near Noosa Heads) and wouldn't mine me popping around to take some measurements and photos - that would be awesome too!

I need to know the thickness of the nylon walls, the inside and outside dimensions, and if possible some good clear photos of the "tricky bits" (the tabs and clips etc).

Thanks in advance if anyone can help!!

That part for a 2015 US spec 200 series is roughly 20 USD. Assuming similar price in AUS I’d just buy a new one.

What's the part #? Bloody rat chewed through mine.

Without a specific year to look for I checked a 2013 Australian cruiser..
