Thanks for the interest - PM's replied to. Bumper is bolt-on.

Just a reminder, home is Canada - Postal Code T1W 1S8. The bumper on a pallet would weigh approx 90 lbs. If anyone South is interested, please check UPS shipping first. I am willing to ship, but be prepared for the additional cost.

I did however design the bumper in CAD for the bending diagram and water-jet as a prototype. If you or a friend weld, I'd be more than happy to supply you with the dwg to give a fab shop to bend. Let me know and I'll see what I can dig up!

350 wow cheap, super nice bumper and rig in general awsome area canmore too. sorry already have a heavy arb pig ,someone posted it on the coastal cruiser site, looks like cruisins sliders. hate to side track you but it is going to sell quick,so how do you upgrade from that.

Hey SHRED,
Nice Bumper! definitely competes with ARB.

I'm interested in the CAD, if you're willing to dig it up. Whatever format you can provide (i.e DXF, DWG, PDF, .X_T, .STEP, .IGES).

Awesome job. Thanks!

Very nice set up, looks great. That is an awesome deal for a good looking bumper. What are you replacing it with if you don't mind me asking?

PM, sent.

Hey - Thanks guys. I'm lucky my sister is an awesome welder.

Yes - Cruisin sliders. Jason rules! Even tapped them as reservoir. STOUT!

Compared to my friends ARB, this bumper sits about 3 inches closer to the body. I've read ARB's have the same clearance as stock - with no stout recovery points......and weigh 40% more ......EDIT: and have weak wings.....

Designed for max clearance and min weight with a bit more protection (.120 DOM) to take an elk hit (no guarantee). This was a prototype to be further refined which I spent 60 hrs on and many beers while I healed some broken bones.

But I've been way to buisy slaving and saving to travel this summer. FWIW - I'd make 4 changes to the bumper before I'd sell it - but no time. This is half my cost BTW.

Couple things: bumper is designed for a certain size light so one would either need to weld in existing holes or re-size to accomodate new lights....... frame mount bolt holes were drilled to match my truck and might need to be reamed out to match buyers....... I'd giv a new paint job - damn truckers and gravel.......

For everyone interested in CAD file - I'm stuck on the Tundra for the next 10 days with slow internet. PM email and I'll get something out soon. Not for commercial use! Hopefully good karma for all the help I've gotten on this site. Thanks for the compliments.:beer:em

Bumper

Is it still available?

PM'd as well. I'm guessing since it will go on a pallet shipping will be via freight. I am getting close to $400 to Oregon for Residential and ~$300 to an address with a dock.

If it goes UPS Parcel I am getting closer to $100.

I quoted the Ironman bumper from New Jersey (Camel 4x4) and Eli said around $175 so there should be a cheaper way than UPS freight.

Check Greyhound, it takes a bit longer but I've sent large things under 100lbs pretty reasonably.

I would also be interested in the plans, that is one sweet looking bumper!

Tentatively sold local. Thanks for the interest.

Cheap? Cheap implies Chinese crap. I wouldn't call it that. It's a fantastic design and priced very inexpensively. Nice job on the bumper.

What kind of LED lights are those and do they work well?

Still game for the DWG, I think this would make an awesome winter project.
