Landcruiser Phil is the official CSC treasurer. Once a due schedule is implemented any Monies that CSC retains will be tracked and accounted for by Phil. Unless there is major honest protest, it is so, and effective immediately. Please feel free to help reimburse Phil for his personal expenses in attaining a Club State Land Use permit Valid through 3-2-06.
