I've got a buzzing noise in the cabin of my 88 FJ62 when the brake pedal is pressed. It will linger for a while after brake pedal is released, but will go away if left released long enough. It almost sounds electrical, and seems to be coming from the passenger side of the dash area.

Any ideas what this might be?

I was gonna say headlight or wiper relay, until I read the part about brakes and passenger side.... Wouldn't be a bad idea to check those anyway.

...the backing plate on the passenger's side front is just touching the disc?
