we own 5 LC's and I still don't truly know if that button does anything...

I only do it because the instruction manual says to. Sometimes i forget and the LC still tows just fine. I am leaving on another 2500 mile fly fishing trip tomorrow and will be towing my camper all over the Cascades. The 200 makes it effortless. It was bit more difficult in my 100 but still doable.
