Good day,

I have just removed my Burfield joint due to clicking sound occurring during turning. The Burfield joint components do not show any sign of cracks but there is wear around the edges of the inner race. Does anyone think its ok to just repack with moly grease and reinstate into service?

thanks

If' its already apart I would replace the bearings.
The clicking noise can be the front leaf springs sometimes in these when turning.
x2 on the front leafs possibly making the noise. My stock ones werent greased up between leafs like the OME ones are and it make a popping type noise when turning the steering. Have someone turn the wheels back and forth while you watch the front spring packs.

Mine did the same thing. I replaced all the bushings in my OME springs and greased it all up.
