bumper build, how to fill in seams before paint?

I'm welding a front bumper for my 80 and I'm wondering how the seems between the plates will look after powder coating it. I am stitch welding (weld every 3 or 4 inches) so the .125" plates won't move too much, and only on the back side. How should i filll the gaps on the front before paint. the gaps are really small, but they'll still be really visible. Any advice from you old pro's out there?

I also stitched on the inside but ended up welding the outsides as well then spent hours grinding for the seamless look.

I guess you could try bondo, massive amounts of jb weld, plastic steel.......

Id weld them straight through though. If you weld a couple inches then jump to another seam it shouldnt warp. You could even tack the whole thing to your work bench if youre really worried..

Tacking braces of flat bar stopped warpage for me when filling in the seams. A good flapper disc helps for the smooth look.

Oh, and grind out a 30 degree bevel in each side of the seams before welding and grinding smooth.
