That's an Icelandic military variation of the Arctic Trucks Cruiser. As I recall they do ship stuff to the US. I saw a thread on here about a US reseller in California.

All these years later and I still have been unable to find a simple brush guard/bull bar. I've made the contacts above, but no luck there either. Has anyone had any luck finding one?

I do not. Call Iron pig offroad as they are in your neck of the woods, get their email address and send them your want list along with that photo if that's the bumper you want. I couldn't imagine that costing much. I bet its under $800 and I think that would be high for that bumper.
