For Sale Built 97 LX450 - $10500

Up for sale is my LX450.
All service up to date including recent PHH replacement, front crank seal, oil pump seal, and oil pan gaskets (both pans). I modified the panhard bar brace to make it removable, should I need to access the bottom end of the engine again. Oil has been full-synthetic since I bought the truck. This is a no rust Texas vehicle. I have cared for this like a baby. I'm only selling it because I need to get a tow-rig for my trail truck. Interior is redone with new from the factory front carpet, headliner, and mastercraft RS reclining suspension seats. I still have the factory second and third row seats, but don't have them in the truck right now. They need some cleaning up, as they are stored in my shed. I use this more as a camping rig, so no need to have them in the truck all the time. I had planned on making this a full on expedition rig with a full drawer system taking up the entire back of it.

Asking $10500 OBO
Located in Houston, TX

Modifications and upgrades include the following:

>Old Man Emu suspension lift with J-springs and L-shocks
>Front spring spacer to even out the ride height front to back
>ARB front bumper
>ARB safari snorkel
>100 series Landcruiser pads
>1.5" wheel spacers to keep the tires out of the body when off-road
>35" Super Swamper SSR tires with good life left and a decent spare'
>Yakima q-towers and load bars with a load warrior rack (not currently on the truck)
>Husky floor liners for front and middle seats, as well as cargo area.

Only possible trade would be very specific: Ford Powerstroke 7.3 or Dodge Cummins powered diesel 4x4 shortbed

BUMP for the Saturday crowd :D

Bump. Forgot to add that I also have a set of uninstalled slee camber plates and a full front axle service kit including wheel bearings from valley hybrids that come with the sale.

Front axle was rebuilt around 20k miles ago, just got this so I'd be ready when I decide to do it again.

that is nice and clean looking for a built truck.

Good looking LX.....

BUMP!

Negatory. My only regret.

Sale pending

SOLD!:frown: Just pulled out of the driveway with it's new owner. I'll be back!

Congrats on the sale!

Thanks. Picking up the new tow rig tomorrow. '99 4x4 F250, 121k miles, 7.3 diesel, crew cab, short bed. It's bittersweet, but I'm looking forward to a tow rig.

Now this:

You resurrected a sold truck from last year to ask about the magic dial. It's the button on the dash for factory front/rear lockers.

Appreciate the answer.

Don't appreciate the sarcasm.

It's amazing on forums when people, due to a lack of knowledge on a particular subject, can ask a legit question and get crap from senior members who would rather roll eyes than educate people.

I'm in the market for a 97 LX450 or LC. As soon as I return from Moscow I'll make the purchase. If Jeremy or anyone else would like to educate me before I drop cash PM me.

Thanks -

JSK
