1988 Toyota Four Runner
This is a very well set up Four Runner, I just traded for it and after driving it some I have come to the conclusion that I am a little big ( okay fat) to fit comfortably in this truck. I live in the Reno, Nv. area. Now for the specifics:
88 Four Runner, 184,000 on odometer , 5-10,000 on drive train, power windows and locks, removable top, cloth seats (front are aftermarket), factory roll bar, truck was a theft recovery (stole seats out but no other known damage ) so truck dose have salvage title. Reduced price $8,500 will consider trade for fj40 or early bronco.
V6 3.0 about 25,000 sense re-build.
5 speed trans.
4.0 JP Eater second t-case and stock primary case, both cases are 4 cylinder 23 spline cases.
Front axle: 78 Dodge Dana 60, selectra hubs (extra hub and drive flanges), 5.13 to 1 gears w/ Detroit electric locker
high cross over steering w/ ram assist.
Rear axle: GM 14 bolt, full floater, disk brakes, 5.13 to 1 w/ Detroit locker
Tires: 39 x 13.5 x 17 Super Swamper Iroc’s and aluminum wheels
Suspension:
Front: 52” long 4” lift front springs (ford ?), shock hoops
Rear: 63” long Chevy springs w/ z-boxes and track bar
Other:
A/C pump converted to air pump w/ 8 gal. tank, factory roll bar, heavy duty rear bumper w/ side protectors and swing out tire mount, heavy duty front bumper w/ 8000 lb. mile marker winch, rock lights.
