My dobermen came tearing in the house yesterday to tell me "big & scary 4 leggeds outside." I hadn't heard that bark for a while and it took me a couple minutes to realize what it was.

New neighbors, I guess. The property has been for sale for a couple years now, maybe they were thinking about making the guy an offer.

Naw, the old coot who lives there has the price set pretty high IIRC. The barn in the background is about 2 times the size of his living quarters.

But if you wanna take a drive, it's 161ish Kuhn Dr, 10 miles south of the stoplight in Tijeras. It'd be great to have a cruiser neighbor, if only so I wouldn't be the only one w/ multiple 'Yotas in the driveway.

Yep, the fine fuels are starting to accumulate. Wacked the 3-4' weeds in my yard & tripled the amount of space for dogs to run around in. The seasonal pond down the street hasn't started filling up yet though.
