Buck Rock Visit / Work day

Planning on meeting in the McDonalds parking lot on Dinuba Hwy. (Hwy.63) and Riggin at 7am Sat. morning for people in Visalia and then meet up at the Hume Lake Ranger District office in Dunlap by 830am to pick up equip. and anyone else who wants to join us and then go in to the trail.

Sorry for the late notice Donal, I started out planning on going up by myself and then it just kinda became an instant event. I think the club is planning a run up there pretty soon so we will make sure it gets posted well in advance.
As for the run we ended up having 4 members and 3 guests and 3 Dogs.
We cleared 2 trees and repaired a few areas where bypasses were opened up. Overall the trail is in very good shape.
Hopefully the next time up we'll be able to spend more time enjoying the area and less time working.

Trail run

Planning on going up on Friday the 28th staying the night playing and cleaning up the trail and coming home on Saturday if anyone is interested. We will be camped just passed horse camp on the dirt road to the look out and trail head some where near the first restroom hopefully. Will either be in the 40 or the pig not sure yet. My # is in the private section if you don't have it.

Ran the trail it's all clear there is a lot of off trail wheeling going on around the cheater trail but really no way to prevent it except patrolling and educating.
