Lots of cruiserheads using spacers. Sleeoffroad and Marlin Crawler are good choices. If properly installed, they seem to work fine. I like mine - have had them for about 5000 miles.

No Problems

I have 2" aluminum spacers...I run 4.11's, lock rites front and rear, 33" PitBull tires...I have had NO problems..i bought mine on Enay for $99 plus shipping.

Thanks for the responses.
Craig what PitBull tires do you run? I really like their rockers just so expensive. Do you run beadlocks? I've heard (someone local that had a pair) the tires don't hold a bead as well without them.

Has anyone noticed a quality difference with them? Are they all aluminum? There seems to be quite a variance in prices on ebay.

Pit Bull Growlers

Yes..they are Growlers 305-70-16's (I think) I just run a standard black steel 16" rim. I ran them at about 15 psi???? last time and they were GREAT!! Pretty agressive and pretty soft but they do crawl. Go to the Tornado Alley Cruiser Club link and go to the third page (I think) and click on the DSR...(Daylight Savings Run) Mine is the light blue 60 with the ARB bumper.

Spacers wont give you any problem. But go with them ones from marlin.

As for BTB I have their spring and dont like them at all and they were a PITA to deal with.

I got a set off ebay for all 4 ~$120 shipped. It was for a tundra but had the same bolt pattern.

What options are out there in you went up in rim size? Has this been done? lots of great wheel deals out there just no 2.5 in. back spacing Any Ideas?
