I've done a good amount of searching and found varying opinions. Not to pile on another tire thread, but I'd be interested to hear from anyone that made the switch from BFG A/Ts to Revo 2's (or vice versa).
I'm currently running 265/75/R16 BFG AT's (less than 1,000 miles on 'em) on 16" steel Tundra rims (backspacing isn't quite right but it works with some 1/4" spacers on the front). I have a chance to purchase some Revo 2's in 285/75/R16. Probably about 5,000 miles on 'em, owner says 14/32s left (16/32s new). They're mounted on some nice steelies with the proper backspacing. The wheels are a definite upgrade.
Since I've got an OME lift I've been thinking of moving up to the 285s to fill up the wheel wells. I've been very happy with BFG's so far (31" and now 265/75), but they're the only brand I've run on my 60. I'm just trying to figure out if the bump up in size and better wheels are worth the switch from BFG to Revo. I'd say my pavement/off-road split is somewhere around 60/40 or 70/30. I do more expedition/camping stuff than hardcore wheeling.
