Ok guys what is the consensus on replacement rotors. My rear are below spec so I am going to replace the front as well.
Drill and Slotted?
Slotted only?
OEM?
100 series pads on front with drilled and slotted?
What brands of rotors are available?
Thanks,
Sean

I have DBA slotted-they work fine. OEM is fine. Support the Dan and buy from him, thus OEM.

I would stay away from the off-brands. They rust faster and given where you live, that's a bad thing.

I prefer factory rotors, factory 80 pads on the rear and factory 100 pads on the front.

And yes, I'm biased.......;)

I kinda like the coolness factor with the DBAs. Any bad experiences. Mine is a daily driver +++. But I know you cannot go wrong with OEM, the forst ones did last 120,000.
Cheers,
Sean

Rear rotors are easy once this dumbarse learned how to back off the e-brake.

Support Dan's Dogs! :D

Only heard good things about DBA, but I've only used OEM

I installed Cadmium cross drilled and slotted DBA's and OE 100 pads/front 80pads/rear on my best friends 94 2 years ago. He is a very aggressive driver and has only been through 2 sets of pads in 2 years and the rotors still look brand new. When installed i also adjusted the lspsv to compensate for the J lift and rebuilt the calipers myself all the way around. He tells me time and time again that the truck stops on a dime and he attributes the better braking and extended pad life to the DBA's but also to a very well serviced and tuned braking system. IN short thumbs up for DBA"S:cheers:
