Thats a bizarre one.. following

I had BP51s on front of my Tundra and no clicking at all

What do you have compression and rebound set to? Bypass shocks can make noise when they open, though I’ve not noticed any noise from my BP51s. But it may be that my settings are on the softer side (c2, r6)

I believe comp is 2 and reb is 6 but I can’t remember for sure. Don’t currently have the vehicle with me to check

After some investigating I’m hoping I just have to change the upper collared washer to a non collared washer to take up some slack on the mounting surface. Parts will be here tomorrow, I’ll report back with my findings.

This was the solution, rear end is now quiet and smooth like I hoped it would be. Now to fix the front making the same noise somehow 😅
