Yes you can! 
Box canyon used to have a tough step in the middle. Erosion has mostly buried it.

That looks like the waterfall on one of the access roads. He's taking the hard line and making it look difficult.
I had this conversation just the other day:
People usually only take video or pictures of the "radical" hard areas because the easy parts offer no viewing thrill. These are usually spot that drivers go out of their way to tackle and aren't on the beaten path. Out come the cameras.
I believe that this skews many a viewer that a lot of trails are tougher than they are. I've encouraged folks that were new to wheeling to join a trail run and get resposes like they need to get lockers, armor, and a lift first, or that they aren't ready for these extreme trails.
