I'm drinking a lot of Rum right now . . .
The overproof barrel aged has some similarities to bourbon, given the aging - but as a whole rum is a s*** show compared to bourbon tbh. Cheap rum is horrible and good rum is hard to find. 90%+ of rum is just crap. For anyone who has been into bourbon for a bit its a nightmare, especially compared to like a bottle of Benchmark Small Batch for $20 on sale - there nothing like it in the rum world. Go f yourself rum world.

Blue Label OF at the Chatham ABC in Wilsonville. Pretty smooth and sweet for 130.9 proof. I guess there is a bourbon society in Chatham county or something. $89.99

I had some of the OF7 this past weekend that a buddy brought over. For a 7 year-old wheater, it's VERY good. A little bit of youth, but I was very pleasantly surprised.
Definitely good, nothing super special, but good nonetheless, its nice the will have an entry level shelf stable product
