Bottle Jack Location 1985 FJ60

What year did the US FJ60s move bottle jack from under driver seat to real left quarter panel?

Mine was made August 85. It is under seat along with tool bag.

My cruiser was manufactured 5/86 and it has the bottle jack in the rear compartment on the left side. Not under the seat.
