I really appreciate all the replys!! The knowlege base around here is incredible and extremely helpfull.

I got the truck home and found a nice puddle of fluid under the transfer case and some fluid on the case. I took it to the car wash prssure washed every inch of the undercarriage and drove it around for the last 2 days with no leaks?? Still need to figure this one out.

I am going to drive it and do some repairs/ maintenance over the next month or so to work out the bugs and get used to the truck. I really dig it so far.

I did pick up a nice 60X60 wilderness outfitters rack from my brother-in-law for $100! Looks great on it.

Brakes/ Hub/ knuckle rebiuld in 2 weeks (busy work schedule) along with tie rod ends and steering stabilizer.

Again I really appreciate the help and look forward to many years with this rig.

There's a seal between the transmission & transfer case.....the seal goes bad and pumps oil from the transfer to the tranny.........tranny fills up and overflows out the vent...........which means your trans id full and your transfer is low

VERY common...........very well documented on the board...........

Here's how I fixed mine myself:

(keep in mind this is a temporary fix--the tansfer should come out and be re-sealed)
