well it comes out tommorow ,clean up sealed up good and im thinking safety wire like on airplanes

That requires special hardware, base wire anchors around each bolt, etc. Ask me how I know...one of my first jobs off of a boat was working on A-Star Heli's...still have loom (spin twist) pliers if you are serious though....:D
 
i got some of those . from my areospace days think i can manage the hard part will be getting the bolts drilled ... i got one of those mill things im not worried about that . i just dont want it to leak oil... gonna try with out studs but i think clean is the ticket really clean no oil residue think thats what goofed me :doh:
 
Some questions:

Did you torque the bolts when first assembled?

Are the mating surfaces flat or scuffed, worn?

Did you totally clean the bolts, holes before loc-tite? Any oil residue makes it less or ineffective.

Rear cross member/mount, does it mount to the trans or transfer?

well did get tcase bolted up last night before:beer::beer: follwed some advice from a wise man think it will be better. the rear tranny mount will have to be redone thinking about a skid plate also ill see if i can live up to my 16ton reputation
