Is the bolt pattern and back spacing the same on a 80 as my 62?

bolt pattern is pretty universally 6 on 5.5". I have 60 series rims on my 80 rear axle. Back spacing I couldn't say for sure. I'd suspect 80s have a bit more, but I don't know.

Of course rim diameter is different. 80s with rear discs all had 16" rims.

Thanks Todd
I'm looking at a 80 to buy w/o his tires and wheels and i have the OE wheels with good tires off my 62 that i could throw on.

Anybody varify the backspacing?

the backspacing on an 80 is 4.5" or 4.75" w/16" wheels 93-97'

the backspacing on an 80 is 4.5 or 4.75 w/15"wheels 91-92

the bs on a 62 is 3.75 on a 15" wheel 82-90'

they will work on the back but not on the front

Stock 62 rims will not work on the back because they will interfere with the caliper on the back, unless it is a drum brake 80 or you grind the hell out of the calipers.

Please don't give up the 62 Tom! Who else am I going to run with?

I'll hold my breath and call you a princess if you do!

If you do sell it can I have your trail armor?

The 62 isn't going anywhere. I may be looking into an 80 as an extra vehicle. Like I need one more thing to maintain and work on.
