Getting ready to order some poly bushings for body to frame from 4Crawler.com. I'm missing some bolts and need some info. I have 10 of the 12 mounting bolts and was wondering how many of each there are? I have six short ones and four long. How many of each do I need?

6 short 6 long?
8 short 4 long?

Any help would be great. Here is a pic of what I have.

There is one short one not in the picture.

Hmmm,
Toyota shows a different PNC drawing number for each bolt pair. That's not encouraging.
That means each pair has a different part number.
Different part numbers usually designate differences.
Maybe they have a "replaced by" designation.
Can't access that info from my phone.

While the PNC's are different there are only 2 different body mount bolt part numbers: 6 of one PN and 6 or another. I'll post up PN's after dealing with DMV...

90105-10029: 6
52217-60100: 6

That's all you need.

from looking at the picture of the exploded view, looks like 2,4,5,and 6 are the same size and #3 are the long ones. So maybe 8 of the short ones and 2 of the long ones. Number 1 looks even shorter than the others. Not sure about them. Anyone else have words of wisdom?

Are you buying new bolts or reusing? The numbers I gave you above are if you are going new. Toyota superseded the different lengths to two lengths.

^^
Yes, I can vouch that the new #1 bolt is a bit longer than the original one. Just replaced it a while back.

when we did the body lift on my truck we ended up having to mix and match some bolts....got the hardware/stuff from 4crawler. For some reason I'm thinking there might be three different lengths of bolts on the 60 . Not trying to add to any level of confusion.. I did a 2 inch body lift and its been a great mod to help with tire clearance on top of my suspension lift. I've got a the OME heavy/heavy springs and 2 inch body lift and 35*12.50*17 tires... on FJcruiser black steel wheels with spacers... Spacers not technical required on the front but on the rear..yes, with these wheels and as the 12.5 tire wants to rub hard on the inside wheel lip at the rear where there are some sharp edges that will "shave" rubber off your tires. Also I extended the suspension bump stops too... At some point in my madness I will get some 17 inch wheels that work and will do away with the spacers. The spacers have worked fine...but I prefer not to have spacers if given a choice.

FYI - Roger's poly bushings are shorter on the bottom than OEM. This will leave all the bolts a tad long. When I installed a set with the stock bolts, I was able to add a 1/2" body lift and still had sufficient threads sticking out below the nuts.

Gonna try and use the old bolts. Just missing a few. Beno, how much are the bolts you pictured in the bags?
