Exhaust manifold output studs. One broke. One I can’t budge so it will likely break as well.

Compression is 125 across the board and it spins smooth as silk.

Step one on this thing is to clean it up nicely to see what I’m working with. I got about 1/3 of a Shop Vac of dirt and rodents out of it

Next I pulled the interior out. Hosed it with Zepp orange

Heat riser gasket.

Yeah it has not moved since Wednesday. I took the bull by the horns and found a guy that ordered a kit and won’t need it for a few weeks and grabbed a front and a rear spring.

I’m back in business.

I have you beat. I ordered FST twists from SOR and they made no less than 18 trips between Nashville and Clarksville TN before finally being delivered with the package all beaten to crap.
