'86 HJ60 CDN spec 24v. Starter fuse blown. replaced and same result. Higher amp fuse blew as well. 24v is coming in to starter and is is properly grounded. It has worked once then blew fuse again upon restart. Is this a starter/solenoid issue or a ground/wiring issue? I have a lead on a used starter and will likely pick it up (good cost) anyway.
