First time in since I have owned my truck it let me stranded. The oil cooler got a rust hole in it and my truck overheated with in driving 4 miles from my house. I ended having my girlfriend tow me in her 80 series home and had to winch 80ft up the drive way with my motor off:flamingo: :flamingo: :flamingo: . What a pain, I freakin hate rust, I am sending out that deposite on a new 60 series tomorrow....

Is there anyway to make sure my engine is not tweaked from being over heated? Its a bummer because I just got dont tuning and turning the 2f into a hot rod...

Anything I should look out for when changing the oil cooler?...

thanks,

That sucks...sorry to hear it.

Check for head warpage? Compression, oil/coolant contamination, etc.

What did you do to your 2F to turn it into a hot-rod?
