This weekends project was to flush and refill the coolant system. Along the way I am replacing all the rubber with fresh hoses from CCOT.

When initially draining the coolant I noticed that I got nothing out of the engine block drain. I added the flush and about 2.5 gallons of distilled water. I ran it for about 30-45 minutes each day for 3 days. It ran at the low side of the normal temperature range all three days. The interior heater ran well too.

This morning I opened the engine block drain first and still no flow. I tried inserting a fine wire into the orifice but it bottomed out quickly. I removed the heat sender and heater hose orifice to clean them up and reinstall. The inside of those holes look clean and rust free.

I am looking for advice on freeing the blockage without tearing the engine apart. It'll give me peace of mind knowing that coolant is flowing and reaching all parts of the engine.

Thanks
