Blast from the past....

10 years ago this summer, in the Graystokes, Elsie the armadillo was passed from CC to (not quite official)RMLCA

From right to left it looks to me like Phil being pulled by Brad. The red V*J40 might be Marc Ritchie's, dunno 'bout the white one. Then its the original Mud Guppy and RAMullens parts BJ60 (which got more wheeling than any of his rigs before or after:flipoff2: )

Additions, corrections, memories?

I think that was a few months before I joined the club.
Look how small those trucks are!

Damn...recall seeing that pic, but can not add details.

Norm, how long were you a member before I showed up? Two years?

Thanks for the club history Bruce.

I don't know, when did you show up? I think I joined in fall of 96. And have wheeled at least once a year since! Well, almost once a year...

Mud Guppie #1
it was a fun Cruiser, I got to wheel and camp a lot
That trip was a blast and I believe it was the first time I met the Alberta boys

(the pic is mirrored)

Brad was trying to pull start the Duck, what we didn't realize was the motor was hydo locked. I was posing on a rock and float bowl overflowed. We eventually pulled the plugs and all was well. The white LC is my buddy Shane, who lives in Kelowna. Where this picture was taken is now closed, just below Jubilee Mountain and a few KMs from St. Maggies lake. That's where we had base camp, and the eventual swapping of Elsie.
