I can't believe the difficulty I'm having in finding a reasonable price on getting my steel 80 grille sandblasted and/or powdercoated. In most cases I can't even get a call back, and where I have, it's nonsense (like a $500 estimate). Anyone know where I can get sandblasting and/or powdercoating done at a reasonable price and timeframe?

Do it yourself.
Yeah it won't be powder coated.
But if you plan to actually use it, powder coat scrapes off as easily as Rustoleum.
Plan for 4 year life and redo on regular. Far cheaper and less stressful.

That's Plan A, but I'd still like it blasted.
Step #1: Wire-wheel that bad
Step #2: Then (being in 'the Springs' CO) tape up hood and grill (backspray areas) with local newspapers.
Step #3: Spray away, focusing only on what others see.

Trust me.
Even you never knew the diff.
(unless you did but never said lol)

👍

P.S. - did you know that in America no one, even Walmart, charges for (yet even provides) bags when you check out?!

Ah Wyoming.
Go Pokes!

Yeah but you need a brake joint.

All the love from the San Juans.

Plan A won out here. A coworker was going to blast it for me, but two months in, I found VHT wrinkle paint, which gave me exactly the textured finish I was shooting for all along. I also added some grille lights, while I was at it.

This all began merely because I wanted to hide the white Toyota badge.

I use platinum for all my powder coating, everything from cages, frames, to sliders and bumpers.

That said $500 is about right for a bumpers.
