BJ74 A/C…after a 1HDT conversion

I’m in need of a little bit of help here. I have a 1989 BJ74, originally RHD, converted to LHD and has had, among other things, a 1HDT heart transplant.

I am working through factory A/C replacement, but I can’t find the A/C compressor trigger wire to save my life. Per the FSM it should be black with white. Any idea where it lives on the harness? If anybody could post or send me picture or two that would be most helpful.

Also, I have to find the A/C idle up VSV trigger. Pics of that would help, too.

And yes, I searched.

Big dog hates riding with the windows rolled up. She says it’s too windy.

Should be right by the oil pressure sensor area on the front of the engine 13bt. So looking from the seats forward, right hand side, front lower right for 13bt.

However if they awapped the whole harness I’m not much help.

Have a pic of the harness and what the surrounding connectors look like?

Pretty sure my harness was flipped right to left in the swap.

Regarding the ac idle up, I collected all those parts when I was doing my swap but never installed them. Once I got the ac powered up I didn't notice any difference in idle speed whether the compressor was running or not. I'm not sure how necessary it is. The part numbers though are different depending on if the engine was originally mated to an auto or manual.

I have the actuators and linkages for both auto and manual if you need, I will not be using them.

I have an ac idle up for the 1HDT somewhere in m stash. I think!

My 13bt barely notices when ac is engaged. Change in rpm is minimal. Idle up not needed.
My ac clutch wire (1988) has braided (cloth) insulation where it emerges from a bundle near the oil pressure sender. Here’s a pic of the plug that goes into the ac amplifier (far right). This is normally behind the glovebox.

Sorry for the late reply. We had a wedding out of town Saturday, then my daughters graduation on Sunday. It's been busy.

These are the 2 connections (one is just a black wire with end off, and the other is that white connector that are in the area of the A/C. hope that helps, I can dig some more tomorrow. Heading to a concert at Red Rocks tonight.
