Hi nica walker, how much money do you have to buy your car? Am from Colombia and like here in my country, in nicaragua There plenty of diferent model on toyotas trucks to chose, so don't take any fast desition. The amount of money you have to buy your truck and what your needs are for the usage, will depend on which truck is better for you and what year fits better! Why don't you post, how much money can you spend on a truck and what you needmto use it for?

The LandCruiser II I've seen has a 3L...I might have to switch gears a bit as we've discovered that pre '90 70's here have no power steering!

I just was up in Matagalpa, Jinotega and Esteli and eded up buying a 99' HZJ75 pick up with the HZ engine for work.
I saw a lot of rebuild engines there and I am sure you could find one.
This is my second car with this engine ( I had a 2003 Ambulance before) and I personally love this engine. Great torque.
There was a car lot in Matagalpa on the main road going up the hill out of town (going North-East I would say) and he had a bunch of nice cars there.
