i could not find another Japan parts # or EU spec or saudi spec at all ?

Only until 1982, I think. 83-84 had superglow and no switch iirc.

@lowenbrau did the 1982 CDN models have a separate glow light? I know that 82 jdms had the dash plate with the integrated notifications lights in the silver plate. I'm wondering how they went SuperGlow in 82 without the dash plate and notified of the initial glow cycle.

I’m pretty sure superglow got a light and manual glow got the cigar lighter. I can’t say, with certainty that I have ever been in a cdn spec 82 BJ42. We only got a few dozen of them compared to a few hundred ‘81s but ‘83 was when most of the big changes happened. Five speed, power steering etc.
