I have a 1975 BJ40 , I have the replacement front running and turn signal lights, but when I go to change it out the one on the rig has 5 wire, 2 black and 3 yellow, and the replacement has 3 wires 1 green 1 green w/yellow line and 1 red w/ blue line,
Not sure how to connect, any help?

Is your system 12 or 24 volts. Use a VOM to see if the case is the ground. Next make a fused set of jumper wires to test your three wires to see what lights up. I guessing 5 wires in 3 colors is the same a 3 wires in 3 colors

Have you looked for the correct wiring diagram for you rig

Thanks, mine is a 24 volt and the guy who bought the lights and gave it to me with the rig, apparently purchased a 12 volt system lights, I used the new housing and changed the insides or guts of the light to be 24 volts now they all work
