I know, I don't like WTB threads either. However I have no experience shopping for Diesel Cruisers, and need help...I would prefer a wagon, little to no rust and titled in the U.S. or easily importable to North Dakota. I'm a cash buyer and have no issue paying a finder fee. If it has 300k on the clock and $20k, not interested. $15k is my set budget, but will go higher for the right rig. Thank you for your consideration. -Mike

Many of the good 70/80 Series and all of the Prado's are probably not eligible for legal import, much to the misery of U.S. residents.

I read on the North Dakota Website, that if I bought a vehicle without paperwork and could not prove age, a letter from a historical society would work:hhmm:....Of course this would only work if I didn't know the age, and the series was at least 25 years old. Just a thought.

I realize every state is different however that theory would not fly in Georgia.
Good luck ........

I have a 1987 HJ61 5speed fully loaded in Regina, Saskatchewan. Needs the typical bodywork but has all the goodies (12ht, cable lockers, winch, power windows and locks, heated suspension seats, roof rack).

$10,000 firm.
