North of Perth (maybe an hour or so), just driving along an old track towards the beach - hence the white sand. Nothing exciting, just an idea of the local flora.... This is in my old patrol.

cheers,
george.

How's your paint job holding up? :D

Paint job is actually in great condition other than pin striping and that's after many years of bush tracks. I'm always VERY impressed with the paint durability of the old nissan and the track in the video is actually quite 'tame' compared to some in the goldfields I've driven through.

Here's a recent picture showing some of the original paint condition.

And here's a bit of video from about 8 yrs ago - in the goldfields. We've been on this track for a bunch of hours and it is quite overgrown and in some areas involved getting out of the 4wd and walking around to look for where it had gone. GPS and moving maps on the laptop were the only indicator that we were on (or near) the track at times:

cheers,
george.
