Well after reading Eric’s odyssey of a weekend, I think it is time for me to jump into this. I would say my selection of tools far outweigh my Land Cruiser mechanics skills...so I am looking for someone in or around Abilene, TX that could/would help a rookie out? And btw I am in the process of becoming a TLCA...thanks everyone!

TX, glad to hear you are joining the TLCA - great organization.

You may find some folks in the LSLC . They have a great bunch of folks in their club. Should not be too tough to find somewhere there to help or ride shotgun with ya on it.
