We will see what the future will bring... just wait till Jan 1, 2010 ;)

I assume your meaning the total switch to ULSD. I thought the industrial/marked diesel was supposed to be ULSD by sometime 2009.

BTW, wasn't a portion of the BC tax taken off of bio? It used to be alot cheaper than dino at the same station. Now there isn't that much of a price difference.

In my almost 40 years on this planet, I have never seen a fuel inspection. What would these inspectors do if they sampled your tank and you were using heating oil? Same bad juju?

And since we have your attention, what about that marketing thread you had started awhile back?

working on it... slow process... but working on it.

Yes, all of our biodiesel comes from West Coast Reduction, we are there smallest customer they allow. West Coast's biodiesel stock meets the ASTM and BQ9000 specs. Part of the biodiesel is locally collected, therefore there is a even a greater reduction in GHG's because it's obtained locally from used oils and refined to meet the specs.

;)

Last time I talked to West Coast Reductions, as thay had plans to build a BIO plant in BC, but they were importin all their Bio from Quebec, as the maket wasn't big enough to build a plant here, so if they collect it here, do they ship it to quebec and than back, that seems like a great reduction in GHG's. Mind you that was two years ago things, may have changed... I'll ask my bro in law, if they make any there now
