Pricing went up a month ago I missed the cut too. I've read on here that autozone.com has not updated their pricing yet. Do a seach on Bilstein's and it should come up.

Autozone was $151.98 per set for me and I received $15 off for each $100 I spent. I added the airlift 1000 and an air filter and got $60 back.
I searched: Eshock, allshocks, sdtrucksprings, springs & shocks, eBay of course and Auto zone was the best.
If your patient, you can get rebates but it does seem that they went up lately.

thanks, I just ordered a set from autozone before they raise their prices. $320 shipped ground. It also appears that I will get a $45 gift card.

Thanks guys!

eShocks is where I got mine year and half ago, believe I paid $257 shipped for set of four.

They have treated me well, but planning on replacing them with longer Bilsteins that run around $125/each.

Same here, now if only we had the part number....

Call Carl at Just Diffs and order them through him, no need for a part number. He has them in stock on the shelves ready to ship.

For the long impossible to get in the States models? Last I talked to him, be said he couldn't get them. I think you can only get them in OZ. I tried ordering them from a few shock places over there but they said they could not ship that model to the US.

- Sent from a very small supercomputer.

The ones Carl offers are the ones that are slightly longer than the OME shocks made for the 100. Carl said that the full extended length of the bilsteins that they offer are 24.7". Not sure if this is longer than the bilsteins people have been installing on the rear ends of their 100 series

Hope this helps

I just talked to Carl yesterday. He said the Bilsteins he has are longer front and rear. He quoted the rear length but i didnt write it down.

I think he is talking about HDs.

No, he's not. I have HD's today on the LC and we talked about that. He said the Bilsteins he has for his suspension kits (or separate) are longer than the HD's I have today. Specifically for the front application with his UCA's and increased down travel, but also for the rear with more down travel over HD's.

OK, I am really getting confused. A while back, I was going to get the Bilsteins if I could source the longer model sold in OZ for lifted 100s.

Here are the part numbers that I tried to order and that no shop in OZ would sell to me:

BE5 B340M
BE5 B341M

You can find them listed here:

Are these the ones we can get now?

I can't confirm that, but possibly. Give Carl a call at his shop on Monday, extremely nice guy and VERY informative on the 100 LC. He daily drives one and knows its very well.

You can look at his site. There is a picture of the longer Bilstein fronts, but no shot of the rears. The front is definitely not the same as the HD I have now.

Shocks on the left look like the HD, shocks on the right look like some other model...

There is a write up in the latest Toyota 4wd Owner magazine on the Bilsteins. (BTW- this magazine rocks like a print version of Mud):bounce:

They have an article with Carl's UCAs using the Bilstein 6140-T5 shocks stating a gain of 2" added down travel... all in the upfront IFS- no discussion for rear shocks in this latest article

Hey, if you want a subscription, sign up and mention me. I might get a free issue or two, but you will not be disappointed in their material. It is a Toyota 4wd magazine.

Toytec lifts gets credit for the supply of these shocks in the article. Not sure who, what, where, is the best supply.

I gave the Aussie shocks. I got them from austrailia. The are not available for dealer order in US. I got lucky. Just get the king shocks from justdifferentials.com

Those are 5100s for the front in that kit. I was looking for the extended length HDs that are sold overseas. I wonder how JT's kit rides using HD/5100s as they are different shocks?
