i guess you grew into your bilsteins!
am i weird that i want 6112/5160 but at zero lift? i just want the improved dampers.
gonna send your friends an email and see what's up!
This seems to be a great idea however the 6112s would not perform optimally. The valving is set for spring preload, typically the buyer is after lift/level so the valving was targeted with that preload in mind. Having the spring more relaxed will/could cause an undersprung/over damped feel. I know many that have done it, I recommend at least a bit of preload to mitigate the issue.

I just ordered a set of 6112's (Part Number: 47-311145) for my '21 TLC. Do you need new top hats/mounts/rubbers, or will the original units work with the 6112? If so, do you know what the part numbers are? Thanks much!
Did you end up replacing the top

Did you end up replacing the top mounts? I’m in the same boat and was curious if you were able to find the KYB version. SM5640 seems to be the part number from online searches but haven’t been able to confirm. Multiple Toyota/Lexus models listed but 200 series isn’t for some reason.
