Here are my numbers after the lift was installed and after realingment. I'm no expert on alignment, but these numbers appear well within specs.
Any update on Bilstein selling the heavier coils up front? I have front/rear bumper, winch, full skids, sliders, roof rack and really dislike the standard OME set up I have right now. Does anyone have a similar set up weight wise and use this Bilstein suspension with success?
I have a very similar setup minus the rear bumper. I have 2721 OME rear springs. Recently added budbuilt skids. I'm in the middle of moving and still have a few things to finish up on the 200. I can't comment on the new setup yet.
Without the skids and rear bumper, the setup is pretty good, no harshness and very controlled.
I actually test drove with only the front coilovers installed first (stock rear shocks and springs). The ride was very nice and comfortable. My guess is that the stiffer rear spring is adding some firmness. I can share the ride report once I finish up.
What's the issue with your OME setup?
Hey just curious... in my limited experience, Cars with struts have a strut mount, which is a wear component. Not sure if the LC has these? Also, did anyone replace otherwise wear components with their Bilstein upgrade? E.g. strut mounts, new hardware for UCAs, etc

Did any of you that installed the setup replaced the upper strut mounts as well? The installer doing the installation work told me that I need new ones as most of the time they start squeaking after the new install and then it's obviously costly to go back and change them. I think they mentioned $110/side so it's not necessary cheap.....any suggestions?
If you want new ones (OEM, not Febest off-brand), they can be had for around $75 per side. Use code FREESHIP at this dealer or try your favorite online parts source. There are much cheaper off-brand options but I wouldn't mess with those personally.

I did not replace my shock mounts. They remained on the truck the entire time (I did not use a spring compressor on the front, just used the vehicle's weight to compress the front springs to bolt on the shocks in-place).
Finally got a chance to take a pic with some dry weather. Front is on 4th perch. Rear, I put in Icon springs with airbags. Airbags are at min psi. Total lift in front was about 2" and rear was about 1.5-1.75." Currently at 22" in the front, center hub to fender...rear is about 23.5." That's just eyeballing.
Self install went pretty ok. Biggest headache by far was the sway bar in the front and tightening the upper shock mount nut for the rear. The vehicle sits pretty level as far as I can tell. I love having the slight rake and added the airbags to maintain a slight rake or stay level when loaded in the rear.

I am curious - what are your thoughts about ride comfort on road and as compared to stock? I ordered the OME 2721's for rear, but otherwise mine will be rigged same same.
Thanks! Since the car is already at the shop and I want to get this done this week I will most likely have to pay list price.....oh well. I guess it's good assurance to make sure things don't squeak. At the end it is 8yr old rubber.
I am also installing 2721 in the rear, SPC UCA. My plan is to go to 5 perch. My car is stock and I want to minimize the lean as the car currently (stock) leans forward ~.75".
The ride is great! You will definitely notice that it's more firmer and planted. No soft, mushiness and brake dive. But it's not uncomfortable or harsh.
I finally got the chance to install the OME 2720 rear springs with the Bilstein 6112/5160 kit. Big trip coming up and it was a great motivator.
I installed the OME "A" spring on the PS and the "B" spring on the DS.
Front springs are on the first (lowest lift) height.
Before in driveway with Bilstein rear springs (medium), no 3rd row seats, half tank gas, maybe 50lbs extra weight in back:
RR: 22.5"
LR: 22.375"
After in driveway with OME 2720:
RR: 22"
LR: 21.25"
I suspect the difference was due to the KDSS as I disconnected the sway bar end link on the PS.
After a drive around town and gas fill up. Drive included several corners and a few speed humps at 40mph.
RR: 21.5"
LR: 21.375"
RF: 20.75"
LF: 20.625"
I was parked in a parking lot with a very slight slope towards the DS. I suspect if the ground was perfectly level, the measurements L/R would be identical.
Impressions:
I lost an inch of height in the rear which is fine by me. I may switch to OME 2721 in the future if it sags too much when loaded with gear.
Spring rate doubled from 170 lb/in to 350 lb/in.
Ride was firm but not harsh. It felt amazing, but I understand this is subjective.. It felt like the truck should feel. Of course this was only on a quick drive around town. I can report back once I get more miles on it, and after the trip.

I've been checking prices and not that I'm recommending O'Reilly's or know how fast they can grab this setup, but my local store (Littleton, CO) for the full Bilstein setup (6112/5160/B12) is $1,463 before tax. I'm waiting to hear from AJUSA on their current prices. The current price at 4wheelparts.com is $1,576 before tax.

I ordered the Bilstein items from Summit and they shipped quick... not sure if they had the lowest cost, but I believe was in the 1400 range without rear springs...

I tried to edit my post before someone would quote me, which is rare thing in itself. Yes, I'll check Summit and see how soon they can arrive. Other places are out of not just this setup but other Bilstein products. Looks like people are gearing-up their rides for summer.
