'90-'92 had smaller brakes than '93-'97. If yours is a '96 you'll already have the larger brakes.

that's right. But I had the feeling that even the later 80 in the US experienced braking problem...

My '96 on 315s can lock up all 4 tires no problem. I was under the impression that people complaining about poor braking from the FF/disc brake setup had parts that needed replacing.

I have a 91 hdj81 from Japan, I’m assuming the brakes r smaller like others have stated
