So Cal Land Cruisers is scheduled to meet at the Big Bear Discovery Center on Saturday August 9, 2008 at 9:00 am to check out and run our new adopt trail. This is a black diamond (difficult)
trail that has been closed for some time. This is a great opportunity and a lot better trail than our last assignment! Our goal and objective is to safely run the trail as a group and develop a maintenance plan with the OHV coordinator. It would be incredibly awesome to get as many members and cruiser owners as possible to do our part to help out in the San Bernardino National Forest and assist in re-opening this trail in the future. This is an excellent chance to learn more about the adopt a trail program and learn about the fringe benefits of volunteering your time and energy. This is an open run for active members and non-members from Southern California.
