What's the difference between these two one has "RWL" and the other has "113Q"
would someone please educate me on the meaning and benefits.

"RWL" typically refers to "raised white letter" when shopping tires. The 113Q is the service description for that tire.

Thanks, I would have been less confused if they put the speed rating on both tires (113 Q)
and just RWL on the other.
Anyways so I finally decided on BFG mud KM2's 35 12.5 R15 and they are back-ordered everywhere! I heard it was because they had "made in the USA" on them but now are being manufactured overseas.
